Returns/Cancellations

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) Otherwise, return shipping will be your responsibility. The exception to this standard policy is for custom built wheels. All of our wheels are built-to-order per your specifications. Due to the customized nature of these items, we cannot accept returns unless there is an issue with the fitment or a mistake was made on our or the wheel manufacturers part, at which time we will work with you on a solution and/or potential return. If there is an issue with the build of the wheels (ie. off-set, rotors, hub bearings/seals, tubeless sealant/tape, or any other parts that would be installed and built by the manufacturer) we will assist you in getting the wheel returned to the manufacturer for repair at no cost to you. We cannot accept returns for wheels that the manufacturer can adjust/fix/repair! If they can fix the issue but you decided you just don't want the wheels anymore a 20% restocking fee will be taken off your refund to cover costs. Returns for "change of mind" or any other reason may be accepted on a case by case basis solely at our discretion and will incur a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping will be your responsibility in these cases. Cancellations on custom built wheel orders are accepted up to one week after the order was placed. After one week, cancellations will be subject to a 10% fee to cover costs incurred.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Returned merchandise must arrive in the same condition it was received in! We are NOT responsible for damages incurred due to improper or insufficient packaging. If using the packaging the merchandise came with, you must repack the box EXACTLY as it was when received as our shipping department packages them in a certain manner to avoid any damage during shipping. This is very important for wheel orders! Wheels are large and heavy and must include the cardboard divider between the two wheels to avoid damage to the hubs. We are not responsible for damage incurred during a return and the merchandise is subject to a return rejection if damaged. We will do all we can to work with you on a resolution which may include rejecting the return and returning the damaged goods to you or accepting the return refunding you less a damage fee. Damage fees will obviously vary depending on the extent and type of damage.
